About Us

Rose Morgan Holdings Inc. (RMHI) in an Indigenous owned Asset Management Group and Family Office headed by Amber Morgan a member of the Gitxsan First Nations from Northern British Columbia.

Our core competencies include multi-national strategic financial organization and Treasury-level asset management. RMHI provides Clients and Associates with viable opportunities for asset growth through intelligent capital management/programs and appropriate tax-efficient structures.


Our Mission

Since the conception of our company, RMHI has continually been involved in philanthropic initiatives. In keeping with this spirit, we are excited to report that we are in the development stages of creating an NGO to address to the education, economic and cultural development of our Indigenous peoples through our local and international partnerships. Our access to capital and expertise will enable us to breathe new life into our local communities throughout Canada. Our main objective will always be clear; to leave a legacy of health and prosperity for First Nations members for decades to come.


Executive

Amber Morgan, Director

Amber Morgan is the Director of Rose Morgan Holdings Inc. Currently her responsibilities involve handling treasury level liquidity, strategic planning, trusts and asset management.


She began her career working for the BC Ministry of Finance where she received a parliamentary education and gained experience in property taxation and policy analyzation in the Revenue Division. Her work directly transcended in establishing more equitable tax legislation for homeowners in B.C..


After her tasks at the Ministry of Finance concluded in 2016, she began to work with the Sponghees Nation in compliance, analysis, tax administration and lands management. Her experience was then notably augmented by her involvement with the, “Federal Governments Nation Rebuilding Program” an organization formed within her own band, (The Simgigt’m Gitwangak Society). Here she expanded her abilities to guide diplomatic discussions, complete financial reports, maintain confidential documents and structure the repatriated constitution to reflect the Gitwangak unique laws and practices.


Amber Morgan spent her younger years volunteering in the Urban Native Youth association and the Red Fox Program as a youth leader and attended the University of British Columbia for 4 years where she studied political science.

Francesca Rachmanow

Francesca joins us from New York City as General Manager, bringing more than ten years of experience in various capacities in the real estate industry. Following university, she worked as a paralegal before transitioning into Finance at SL Green Realty Corp, where she ultimately increased profitability by 7% YoY, managed portfolios that included 485 Lexington Avenue, 100 Park Avenue, and 1185 Eighth Avenue, and clientele that included Wells Fargo, CUNY NYC, Starz Media, and the NHL. After SL Green Realty Corp., Francesca worked as Manager for Jamestown Management's Industry City campus, where she oversaw the daily operations of 35 acres of repurposed industrial space, comprising of tenancy such as the Brooklyn Nets, Li-Lac Chocolates, West Elm, AbelCine, Zola and the Vera Institute of Justice. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Stony Brook University.
